It's a warm evening blend designed to echo the moment the harvest moon lifts itself full and luminous over the treeline, built on a honeyed red rooibos base that carries orchard apple sweetness, a milky-green softness from the oats, and a spice-warm hearth of cardamom, cinnamon, and clove in one generous infusion. As it steeps, the flavors deepen and fold into one another—apple brightening into spice, roasted leaf warming into golden ginger—like dusk settling slowly over a ripe field.
The flavor stays rounded and comforting while still quietly alive, naturally smooth and softly sweet, generous with orchard apple, smoothed with oat-kissed nuttiness, and warmed through by cardamom, cinnamon, clove, golden ginger, and a gentle whisper of pepper. Find the cup of tea that feels like yours—everyone prefers a different balance of softness and boldness, so play and explore.
Steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea, covered, in 6–8 oz of boiled water for about 7 minutes. For a stronger cup, steep a little longer or use more tea; for a lighter infusion, reduce the steeping time or amount. Every palate is different, so we encourage you to adjust the brew to your personal taste.
Use a fine tea sock or once steeped, strain through a fine mesh strainer, as some botanicals in our blends are intentionally very small and may pass through larger strainers.
For iced tea, prepare the tea as directed above, then chill to your desired temperature before serving to avoid diluting the flavor with melting ice. If you'd prefer to pour the tea directly over ice, brew it stronger by using more tea, steeping it a little longer, or both, to account for the dilution.
Before measuring your tea, gently shake the pouch. Because our blends contain herbs, flowers, fruits, roots, and spices of varying sizes and weights, ingredients may naturally settle during shipping and storage.
To preserve freshness and flavor, store your tea in a cool, dark, dry place, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.
