Midnight Meow™ 🐈⬛ Seasonal Blend
Something mischievous is stirring after dark.
Midnight Meow slips out only for October—a bewitching seasonal blend inspired by black cats, the Green Fairy, moonlit revelry + the peculiar magic of Halloween.
Catnip and blackberry leaf create a soft, herbaceous foundation, while anise and fennel weave in sweet, aromatic notes reminiscent of absinthe. Black peppercorn sparks subtle heat, candied ginger adds warming sweetness, and roasted cacao nibs + dark Akoma vegan chocolate melt through it all with deep, bittersweet richness.
The result is mysterious, chocolatey, warmly spiced + distinctly anise-kissed—a curious little concoction wandering somewhere between a witch’s cupboard and an enchanted garden.
It tastes like botanicals hanging from the rafters, cacao tucked among old jars, spice scattered across a wooden table, a green wisp curling from the cauldron —and one inquisitive black cat reaching out a paw to see what sort of trouble it might stir up at midnight.

Find the cup of tea that feels like yours—everyone prefers a different balance of softness and boldness, so play and explore.
Steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea, covered, in 6–8 oz of boiled water for about 7 minutes. For a stronger cup, steep a little longer or use more tea; for a lighter infusion, reduce the steeping time or amount. Every palate is different, so we encourage you to adjust the brew to your personal taste.
Use a fine tea sock or once steeped, strain through a fine mesh strainer, as some botanicals in our blends are intentionally very small and may pass through larger strainers.
For iced tea, prepare the tea as directed above, then chill to your desired temperature before serving to avoid diluting the flavor with melting ice. If you'd prefer to pour the tea directly over ice, brew it stronger by using more tea, steeping it a little longer, or both, to account for the dilution.
Before measuring your tea, gently shake the pouch. Because our blends contain herbs, flowers, fruits, roots, and spices of varying sizes and weights, ingredients may naturally settle during shipping and storage.
To preserve freshness and flavor, store your tea in a cool, dark, dry place, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.
For the brightest aroma and flavor, we recommend enjoying your tea by the date on the compostable package.
