Yule Log Tea™ 🌲 Seasonal Yuletide Indulgence
Where woodland embers meet winter's sweetest traditions
Deep in the heart of winter, when evergreen boughs glisten with frost and the longest night gathers around the hearth, Yule Log™ rekindles an age-old celebration of warmth, abundance, and returning light. Inspired by the beloved Bûche de Noël and the tradition of the Yule log, this decadent tea captures the richness of a chocolate-covered woodland cake and the comforting glow of a fireside gathering.
Earthy pu-erh and roasted brown rice create a deeply grounding foundation, their warm, toasted character reminiscent of roasted grains and glowing embers. Rich cacao and carob unfold with dark chocolate decadence, while a touch of espresso deepens the roast with bittersweet complexity. Vanilla bean, marshmallow root, and sweet woodruff lend a gentle, creamy softness, evoking the velvety filling of a traditional Yule log cake. Tart cranberries and wild lingonberries brighten the richness with jewel-toned fruit, while fragrant rosemary weaves through like an evergreen branch brought in from the winter woods.
The flavor is luxuriously layered — deep, earthy, and chocolate-rich, with toasted nuttiness, mellow vanilla sweetness, and delicate berry brightness. A subtle herbal finish recalls the scent of winter greenery, balancing the indulgent richness of the cup. Like a slice of chocolate Yule log enjoyed beside a crackling fire, it is comforting and celebratory, yet beautifully complex.

Yule Log Tea™ is a tea for the sacred hearth and the ancient celebration of Yule — when the longest night invites us to gather close, kindle warmth against the winter darkness, and honor the returning sun. Rooted in the symbolism of the traditional Yule log, whose burning has long represented light, protection, and renewal, this blend celebrates the enduring fire of life through winter's deepest stillness. It invites you to nourish the bonds that sustain you, give thanks for the year behind you, and carry a little of the hearth's warmth into the days ahead.

Find the cup of tea that feels like yours—everyone prefers a different balance of softness and boldness, so play and explore.
Steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea, covered, in 6–8 oz of boiled water for about 6 minutes. For a stronger cup, steep a little longer or use more tea; for a lighter infusion, reduce the steeping time or amount. Every palate is different, so we encourage you to adjust the brew to your personal taste.
Use a fine tea sock or once steeped, strain through a fine mesh strainer, as some botanicals in our blends are intentionally very small and may pass through larger strainers.
For iced tea, prepare the tea as directed above, then chill to your desired temperature before serving to avoid diluting the flavor with melting ice. If you'd prefer to pour the tea directly over ice, brew it stronger by using more tea, steeping it a little longer, or both, to account for the dilution.
Before measuring your tea, gently shake the pouch. Because our blends contain herbs, flowers, fruits, roots, and spices of varying sizes and weights, ingredients may naturally settle during shipping and storage.
To preserve freshness and flavor, store your tea in a cool, dark, dry place, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.
For the brightest aroma and flavor, we recommend enjoying your tea by the date on the compostable package.
